Agreements with others

How we honor each other.

These events are built for connection, expression, and embodied transformation.

In service of that, these are four ways we treat each other:

  1. Witness first

We are here to witness others and be witnessed. Seek to understand during someone else’s moment and seek to be understood during your own. Be quick to listen, slow to speak, as present as possible.

  2. Trust the capacity of others

Everyone here is on their own path and has their own strength. Honor someone’s experience rather than trying to fix or change it.

Rescuing feels like love and functions like doubt. Walk beside people rather than ahead.

  3. Anti-Victim

Pain is honored. Helplessness is not validated. We come together to dissolve limitation and walk away empowered. Reinforcing a victim perspective contradicts that.

  4. Friendship first

This was not designed to be a dating circle. It is a space intended for platonic connection and self-discovery.

If there is romantic interest, the standard is to explore it with patience, discernment, and the RBDSMA framework.
